Live Well.

I believe many of us spend our lives trying to right past wrongs.  To me no other metaphor symbolizes this better than someone stepping on the accelerator of a car spinning their wheels but going nowhere.  Once we've made a mistake, it's been made and there is no taking it back. As much we despise the moment, it's forever pasted.  Some people spend their whole lives regretting moments that they will never get back. Instead of turning that moment into shame, guilt or anxiety try developing into a learning experience.

None of us are perfect, therefore it's not practical to have the expectation of never making a mistake.  Anybody who does is creating suffering for her or himself which is directly related to an unrealistic belief.

Instead of feeling bad or trying to plot revenge for being wronged in the past, how about you just live well.  How does one live well?  That's a subjective thing and dependent on what you hold important.   In my opinion, one way to start is by building close/healthy relationships, which is the number one factor that determines an individuals happiness.  There are other factors we will explore over time that have been known to help a vast array of people lead quality lives.

How about you let me know what living well means to you?  Tell me about a time in the past when you were living well.
